Information regarding the price
The prices are for an occupancy of up to 4 persons; each additional person is US$ 100 + tax per week.
All prices have an additional 6,5 % sales tax + 5 % tourist tax.
Electricity consumption: according to consumption Euro 0.12 per kWh + 11.5% tax.
The down payment of contract is 20 % of the total price.
The balance is payable no later than 30 days before arrival.
The security deposit of US$ 700 is payable together with the balance.
Minimum rental time on Easter, Pentecost and Christmas is 2 weeks. There is a 20 % price increase for Easter, Pentecost and Christmas holidays.
